Tournament Format
• There will be 1st and 2nd place trophies awarded in each division.
• Each team is responsible for providing a scorekeeper or clock operator for each game. This person will be allowed free entry to the tournament.
Games will consist of:
1. Four, six minute quarters for Under 11 Girls and 5th & 6th Grade Boys
2. Two, fourteen minute halves for Under 12 and 13 girls, 7th & 8th grade boys
3. Two sixteen minute halves for Under 14 and 15 girls, Boys and Girls High School Open divisions and 9th Grade Boys
Games will be stop clock format. In the second half if a team leads by 20 points or more, the clock will run at all times. If the lead drops to 19 points or less, the game will become stop clock again.
Housing Accommodations
If you are going to play in a state-of-the-art complex, you should relax in one as well. All teams have the option to stay in our Housing and Conference Center. This complex, located just 50 feet from the basketball center, features a 420-person dining hall, 116 rooms and a large clubhouse that has everything from arcade games to pool tables and much more. Housing and meal packages are available for coaches, players, parents and fans on a first-come, first-serve basis. The tournament package will include two nights lodging (Friday and Saturday night) along with five, all-you-can-eat meals, dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. This package costs $90 per person. Guests are required to bring their own linens.
