Birthday Party Request Form
Click on the links below to submit a Birthday Party Request Form to our party director. If you are ready to inquire about scheduling and availability for our birthday parties, this form is the fastest and easiest way for us to respond to your request!

1. BOUNCE ZONE PARTIES*
A one-of-a-kind party experience which includes one hour in our inflatable bounce zone featuring giant inflatables with bouncers, slides and obstacles! Must be under 58” and wear socks to participate in the Bounce Zone. Party is located in the Party Zone area of the Golf Dome. Bounce Zone Party Request Form

2. MINI GOLF/BOUNCE PARTIES*
Includes half hour of miniature golf and half hour of Bounce Zone. Must be under 58”
and wear socks to participate in the Bounce Zone. Mini Golf/Bounce Party Request Form

3. MINI GOLF/ROCK WALL PARTIES*
Includes half hour of miniature golf and half hour of rock wall. (Indoor and Outdoor
Rock Wall and Miniature Golf Courses are available by season.) Mini Golf/Rock Wall Party Request Form

4. ALL-SPORTS PARTIES
Includes one hour of games using our indoor basketball courts or soccer fields for a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, kickball, dodgeball & more! Party is located in the Fieldhouse. Your child may be in different areas of the Fieldhouse during the party. Activities will either be held on the Basketball Courts or the Indoor Soccer Fields. Limited availability on party times. 5. TUMBLING PARTIES
Party is held inside the 360 Degrees tumbling area in the Golf Dome. This party is full of fun and energy... enjoy the trampoline, 40 foot air track, bouncy floors, parachute, relay races and more! Flip, play and enjoy your day! Tumbling Party Request Form

6. FUN CENTER PARTIES*
Includes unlimited use of the Family First Fun Center during your party. Party offers a
3 hour access pass to our go-karts, bumper boats, two miniature golf, courses, outdoor rockwall and Eurobungy! A private party room is reserved for one hour for you and your guests. Party cost is $15/person (minimum of 12 people). Must be 58” tall to ride go-karts. Chaperoning guests must also pay $10/person rate to participate in Fun Center attractions. Fun Center Request Form

*No outside food or drink is permitted for the Fun Center Parties, Bounce Zone Parties and Golf & Games Parties.

Bounce Zone
Bounce around on any one of our six inflatables. Kids will jump for joy over our challenging 7-Element Obstacle Course, enjoy the Bounce House and really feel “attached” to our Velcro Wall (no kidding). PLUS...make sure to bounce around in our three new inflatables- a Tunnel/Slide Combo, Bouncer Maze and Double Slide Jumper!

Height and weight restrictions apply for some inflatables. All participants must wear socks.
