WHAT WE DO at the Leadership Institute of Family First Sports Park, we provide class-room based and experience-based leadership training, both on and off site, that results in increased leadership awareness and enhanced group effectiveness.

The Leadership Institute offers fun, custom programs focusing on:

Adventures In Leadership The Leadership and Education Institute is an experienced based learning program at Family First Sports Park that works with schools, companies, and other programs to bring out the best in people and groups.  Leaders are made, not born.  We are a company in the business in creating the leaders of tomorrow by teaching them character, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills through experiences such as portable games and initiatives, a 16 element low ropes course, rock climbing, and the Alpine Tower


Mission The Mission of the Leadership and Education Institute is to build Character, Community, and Leadership in youth, athletic teams, adults who work with youth, non-profits, and companies.

The Director Jordan Rimmer, Director of the Leadership and Education Institute, is a graduate of Grove City College with a degree in Sociology.  He has spent 6 years in the field of experiential education.  He worked for his father Dr. James Rimmer until fall of 2004 when the reins were handed over to him.  He is a 4th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a 7 time national champion in forms, sparring, weapons, and team competition.  While at Grove City College, Jordan served a year as a manger and assistant coach for the 2002-2003 Grove City College Men’s Basketball Team, a team which won the Presidents Athletic Conference Championship and earned a post-season playoff bid in the Eastern College Athletic Conference.  He has trained with Jim Cain and Karl Rohnke— leaders in the field of experiential education.  He has been a guest lecturer at Grove City College for an Organizational Consulting and Communication class.  Over the years, he has worked with a large number of school groups, at-risk-youth, high school athletic teams, college athletic teams, professional athletic teams, and companies.  Jordan is married and lives in Waterford, PA with his wife and e son.
