Value of Face Time Nothing will ever replace how valuable it is to talk to someone face to face. In an age of email, cell phones, and virtual teams, people often do not really know their clients or co-workers. We have more tools to communicate and get to know one another than any other time in history. Yet we cannot have a connection with another person merely through technology.

No matter what technological advances take place, nothing will replace the value of face time. The Leadership and Education Institute provides companies with a fun and challenging way for people to get the face time they need. People must care for one another and care for a common goal before they will work together as a functioning team. Let us help you create team environments that are successful.

Group Size
For a long ime experimental training and development was done primarily for small work teams of 6 to 20 people. These intense experiences force teams to pull together, break down barriers, and analyze ther own processes, goals, roles, and decisions. In recent ears the contexts of business have changed. Large groups and cross-functional teams are the norm. Training budgets are tight.

In response to these needs, experiential education has had to expand its toolbox. There are now many games to help large groups come together. Further more, multi-group workshops are becoming very popular. In these workshops, the large group is divided into smaller groups which work through the same problems, sometimes at the same time and sometimes in a rotation. This is great to simulate a business context— especially the question of whether we are in competition or cooperation with each other.
